Sharmila VDirector
Sharmila holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application and has served in Axis Bank for several years before assuming the leadership role at CareerTree. Currently, she heads the Finance, IT & HR functions at CareerTree in the capacity of Director.
She has been instrumental in bringing financial discipline, SBU wise budgeting process, fund infusion & cash flow management, and delivery based remuneration policies etc., to transform CareerTree into a profit-focused organization. She is the custodian of the Operational Excellence model (SADHANA) followed at CareerTree.
Known for her foresightedness she drives the annual business planning exercise and critically evaluates all the potential strategies from risk-growth dimension and guides the leadership team in taking right business decisions.
She mentors the young team that handles all the transactional responsibilities of the Finance, IT & HR function. She is also instrumental in driving the business process automation initiatives at CareerTree and prepares the team to embrace technology, drive efficiency and aim for excellence.
