Sasikala, a Post Graduate in Commerce, leads the Finance & Accounts function at CareerTree. Began her career as a fresher she is one of the young leaders and top performers in CareerTree today. With strong knowledge on the fundamentals of accounting and regulatory requirements, eye for details, thrust for continuous learning, strong conviction to ensure total compliance, and above all high level of integrity has gained her the leadership role.

She was instrumental in effectively implementing the policies devised by the Board of Directors – be it on cash-flow management, fixing accountability for financial performance, creating data transparency through timely MIS, driving profitability, automating all the transactional processes in accounting, handling of all taxation discussions she has demonstrated her best.

Besides, she works very closely with all the business leaders in driving the “self-managed teams” model in each location/vertical. She is one of the core members of the employee engagement initiatives (WhyNot) for the team in Chennai.
