Sanjeev is a passionate Engineer turned Human Resources professional who has been doing some incredible work in the domain of Frontline Workforce hiring. An Electronics Engineer from Uttrakhand Board of Technical Education, he has over 15 years of industrial work experience including 13 years in recruitments. He has been associated with CareerTree for over a decade and now handles the role of Client Relations Manager for the Frontline Hiring business in North Indian states.

Prior to joining CareerTree, he has worked with companies like Sands India and UPCL. He was instrumental in developing the hiring model and strategies for NEEM and Learn & Earn projects. He holds hands-on experience in the entire spectrum of Frontline Hiring – be it devising campaigning strategies, developing assessment tools, anchoring large scale recruitment drives, post-selection coordination for maximising the joining ratio he delivers the best.
