Ranjeet RajpurohitDirector
Ranjeet holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Madras University. Began his career as a Management Trainee in 2009 he grew up to become an entrepreneur in 2015. Currently, he heads the Frontline Hiring and Overseas Hiring verticals at CareerTree in the capacity of Director.
He has worked across the spectrum of hiring services and possesses hands-on experience in Executive Search, Frontline Hiring, Temporary Staffing, and Employee Assessment. He spearheaded many RPO projects across the industries viz., Infrastructure, Retail, Aircraft Maintenance, FMCG, Automobile, and Power & Energy sectors.
Besides handling the operations he’s also instrumental in geographical expansion of the business. He champions many initiatives of the Operational Excellence model (SADHANA) followed at CareerTree. He has mentored several young leaders at CareerTree who currently occupy critical roles in both operations and client relations.
Known as a customer-centric person he brings immense value by offering solution to client-specific requirements and fulfils the mandates on time. He also enjoys interacting with students and has visited many premier Engineering/Management Schools as guest speaker.
