Ezhil, a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, is an energetic young leader who has risen-up fast in the ladder by demonstration success every assignment that he handled. Began his career as Project Lead for one of the large-scale temp staffing assignments in Chennai he quickly learnt the complete spectrum of hiring and managing employees in temp roles. Today, he leads the teams that handles Temporary Staffing, Payroll Management, and Compliance Management services.

Prior to joining CareerTree he has worked with companies like TVS Logistics, Arcelor Mittal Dhamm, Nadi Airtechnics and has had extensive exposure in statutory compliance, liaisoning, contract labour management, payroll management, hiring and retention management. He is an active member in many HR and Entrepreneur forums – keeping himself abreast of the happenings and new development in the field of staffing and labour laws.

He is also the editor of “labour law report” newsletter prepared and circulated to the HR fraternity every month enabling them to stay updated on the recent changes / notifications on the important state and central labour acts. He is also the member of the “Gurukul” an initiative of CareerTree to drive continuous learning among its members.
