Eresh, a Graduate in Commerce, is an energetic young leader who has risen-up fast in the ladder by demonstration success in every assignment that he handled. Began as a Recruiter and moved-up fast in handling the role of Team Leader managing the team and RPO projects, he now heads the Executive Search operations for the Southern and Eastern states.

His areas of expertise include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Middle Level Hiring, Bulk Hiring and Hiring Assessments, to name a few. He is quite good at eye for details, executing strategies at micro-level, strong business orientation, project management, and client management skills.
