CareerTree HR Solutions (erstwhile CEO Talent Search) had a humble start in the year 2003 with an objective to help organizations find the right talent at the Grassroots level. Innovation and inclusion were the fundamental principles around which the complete selection processes were designed – most of them customized to identify the “talent” as defined by the customer. Today, the unique ‘Mass Recruitment Selection Process’ is a proven methodology to hire grassroots with right mix of skills and attitude.
With more industry veterans and young talent joining the team, in 2005 the company expanded its focus to support “Talent Acquisition” of its clients across the organization pyramid. CareerTree continuously strives to infuse innovation in its sourcing and selection process to ensure the talent roped-in at all levels is nothing short of the “best fit” to the organization. Over the years, the company expanded its operations across India and furthered its service portfolio to include “Organization Development” consulting services. Since then, the company has invested considerable resources in research and market survey to design / deliver OD models that meet global standards / benchmarks but addresses the local and futuristic needs. The “Competency Management” model of CareerTree is one of the unique and holistic approaches to managing and putting employee competencies to use.
In 2011, the company began its focus on “IT enabled solutions” to support the Talent Acquisition and OD Consulting services. Given the quantum of HR process-related data handled by every company (be it large or medium sized) these days, IT-enablement is inevitable to have meaningful utilization of their manpower resources and managerial time. Similarly, the necessity to evolve cost-competitive sourcing approach and the need to reach-out to the potential candidates in semi-urban / rural areas in India resulted in creation of online job portal jobsfactory.in.
