Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Analyse market trends & identify opportunities in the marketplace to pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.
  • Support sales function to achieve the desired growth and sales targets. Support sales group with presentations, data etc as and when required.
  • Collaborate with various functions like Sales, Creation, Application in India and regional offices to drive projects.
  • Knowledge of the regional market in terms of consumers’ psyche, new product developments, market potential, key players, consumption patterns etc.

Consumer Insights & Market Research (CIMR)

  • Identify agencies for carrying out market / consumer research activities in India.
  • Hands-on project co-ordination during market research activities, involving travelling to the research locations (including outstation sites), ensure agency understanding of test protocols, and other related activities.
  • Active co-ordination with Singapore Office / other global offices for all CIMR work in India.

Information Management / Exchange

  • Update and maintain product information database.
  • Manage the product library efficiently.
  • Effective communication / data exchange with regional affiliates / global counterparts.
  • Effectively manage data relating to CIMR activities.
Req. Industry Exposure

Experience : 5 to 10 yrs (Preferably in Flavours / Food Ingredients /FMCG Industry
