Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning, implementing and monitoring all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory as an entrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory in collaboration with the Line Manager.
  2. Guiding the Beauty Advisors/ Sales staff to meet targets and sustain profitable business.
  3. Should have regular contacts with Sales staff and visits at assigned counters. Helping the Sales staff by conducting regular audits at counter from time to time.
  4. Close contact with Key Accounts team for planning and implementing consumer- and POS-driven activities in traditional channels.
  5. Planning in-store & out door makeovers more often.
  6. Responsible for executing visibility norms across the territory as per organisation standards. Also accountable for tracking and maintaining all company merchandising elements in his territory.
  7. Constant information sharing with HR & Admin team to bring transparency between employees and system.
  8. Be involved on recruitment of Beauty Advisors, and their timely performance check including identification and development of potential.
  9. Lead from the front to drive and motivate his team, through regular sales contacts and On-The-Job-Trainings training.
  10. Working closely with Store In-charges in order to acquire more space for visibility.
  11. Extensive traveling within the region in order to get market insights from the total territory.
  12. Strict adherence of company process & policies.
  13. Accountable & Responsible for cumulative target achievement for his/ her territory.
  14. Focus on slow movers’ articles sale and BA awareness on liquidation offers.
  15. Close coordination with internal & external partners for getting the things done.   
  16. Back end process monitoring and refinement daily reporting to senior management
  17. Ensuring 100% manning at counters & keeping data bank ready for ground sales staff to avoid sudden challenges in hiring new manpower.
Req. Industry Exposure

Education: Graduate/PG in any principle.

Cosmetics & Skin Care experience mandatory

3-4 for BDM/7-10 Years of experience for ASM in Sales. 

Minimum1- 2 Years of experience in Modern Trade Cosmetics or Skin Care

Open for Travelling 10 days in a month (For BDM- within Delhi/NCR, For ASM- Outside Delhi)

 

 

Req. Competencies

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Word/ Power Point

Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English
