Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for efficient functioning of HR function by leading and directing IR and ER activities in plant.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for acquiring and maintaining government related documents like principal employer license , contractor license, minimum wages, panchayat house, annual return to inspector of factories, labor department licenses and renewals.
  • Knowledge and hands on working experience in Payroll, PF & ESI
  • To maintain good relationship with local police, revenue department and district administration
  • Canteen management, all administration activities at plant
  • Hospitality and transport arrangement for guest / sr. official & Gov. Official
  • Monitoring security and contract labor management
  • Time office management
  • To manage welfare activities and CSR activities

  • Internal: Functional / Department Head – Manpower Planning.
  • Internal: Corporate HR - Corp HR initiatives
  • Internal: Other Location HR - Sharing of information, best practices, concerns and synergies as applicable
  • External: Service Providers - For Manpower, AMC's, Canteen, Transport, Facility &Security management
  • External: Factory Inspectorate - DCIF / CIF - Factories act compliance
  • External: Local Community - Smooth relationship management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Educational qualifications: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR).
  • Relevant experience: 12-15 Years
