- Responsible for bringing major interventions in Human Development Initiatives such as Recruitment, PMS, Talent Management, leadership Development initiatives & Succession Planning.
- Organization, implementation of HR development activities at corporate level by understanding Business requirements from Senior Leadership team.
- Focussing on HR Analytics to monitor workforce trends, reduce risks and maximizing return on human capital.
- To be an active and effective interface between the employees and the management on all employees related issues.
- Maintaining healthy ,Productive Employee Relations and statutory compliances.in all plants
